Our nationwide network of Service Centres are in place to provide you with local after sales service on your Lux products. Our Service Centres are independent businesses who are authorised by Lux New Zealand to provide genuine Lux parts, consumables (such as bags and filters) and a repair service should this be required.

Lux New Zealand stock a wide variety of bags, filters and spare parts to ensure wherever possible our service centres can provide you with anything you may require for our Lux products whether they be for a current or an earlier model.
